A dynamic, driven individual with a passion for helping school and college employees and students make safer, smarter, better decisions with the support of innovative eLearning and software solutions. As an Associate Product Manager, you will contribute to product strategy, engage in market and competitive analysis, drive content product roadmap execution and support go-to-market strategies.

 

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, negotiate, contract, and build relationships with subject matter experts (SMEs)
  • Define and manage scope of work, deadlines, acceptance requirements and feedback with SMEs
  • Collaborate with content development to execute product vision, set priorities, and troubleshoot
  • Communicate product information to marketing and sales to enable go-to-market strategies
  • Analyze market requirements and opportunities, competitive products and develop business cases
  • Assist with lifecycle management of content product from roadmap - launch - maintenance - sunset
  • Collaborate with cross-vertical peers to maximize content investment and overall business value
  • Drive continual improvement in processes and work streams to increase efficiency
  • Engage with clients, SME network and professional organizations to identify emerging needs
  • Solicit real time market intel from internal stakeholders including sales, marketing, and client success
  • Response to client and internal stakeholder product questions as the resident product expert
  • Drive innovation and creativity in content product to continually increase client value

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • One to three years product management or eLearning development experience – preferably within a SaaS business
  • Experience in K12 and higher education markets preferred

  • Ability to work with minimal direction to manage complex projects and deliverables
  • Ability to document and communicate complex client requirements and business processes
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams, communicate information up, down and across an organization and build relationships
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional value
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting requirements and priorities and deliver on schedule
  • Ability to quickly identify roadblocks, formulate solutions, enroll stakeholders, and escalate as needed
  • Ability to make complex connections and visualize opportunities to make 1+1 = 3
