As a Product Manager, you will create and own the software product roadmap for solutions focused on crisis and incident prevention, management, reporting and remediation within K12 and higher education environments. This will require engagement with clients to understand pain points, collaboration with software development teams on requirements, delivery and testing, coordination with sales and marketing on go-to-market strategies and support of client success to resolve client issues.
