Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain strong client relationships by providing outstanding customer support for our existing accounts
  • Support the team by working directly with senior team members completing a variety of data entry projects which ultimately assist our users in effectively utilizing our platforms.
  • Daily tasks may vary, but typically include data entry projects, responding to client requests through a support queue, and providing assistance to senior team members. 
  • Ideal candidates are fast learners, with a track record of acquiring and applying new skills. This is a wonderful opportunity to gain ground floor experience within the client services side of the e-learning industry.

Qualifications

  •  Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to complete tasks both independently as well as within a team environment.
