Responsibilities

  • Management of the Business Unit lead pipeline development to hit new ACV revenue goals
  • Conducts workforce planning and productivity reviews with key stakeholders
  • Recruiting, development, onboarding of SDR candidates
  • Establishes regular call coaching sessions and training for SDR’s and Managers
  • Works to manage performance feedback for SDR team and leaders
  • Drives standardized performance management metrics and separation process with HR as necessary
  • Communicates daily goals and expectations to team members & reporting daily results to management
  • Establishes and communicates objectives for monthly and quarterly quotas for each SDR and Manager
  • Leads weekly team meetings and attends BU team meetings to support all stakeholders
  • Works with marketing team to strategically determine ways to develop new leads and campaigns for SDR team including weekly “Outreach” lead sequencing
  • Work closely with Sales team, Marketing and Leadership to refine qualified opportunities of high value
  • Manages time effectively, meets personal goals and works effectively with other members of the team

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years software/SAAS sales experience or related business experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher 
  • Comfortable with high volume data management / analysis
  • Direct “Salesforce.com” working knowledge and experience required
  • “Outreach” or similar platform experience setting sequencing, call cadences and campaigns
  • Proficient in virtual group communications and tools (Zoom, Go-To-Seminar, Google Hang-outs etc.) 
  • Comfortable working with Social Media (Linkedin, Twitter, etc.) and varied Lead Generation platforms
  • Prior inside sales/call center experience with proven ability to thrive in a team-selling environment
  • Experience in a fast paced, goal-oriented sales organization with a high level of self-motivation and work ethic
  • Comfortable building Gamification programs in Level 11 or similar platforms
  • Ability to develop relationships with team members and lead sales teams to high performance
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to multiple internal and external levels
