Responsibilities

  • Sales metrics reporting including but not limited to trends/analyses, market conditions, company direction/KPIs, etc.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to provide constant and accurate quarterly forecasting to executive leadership
  • Provide analysis on sales performance and identify opportunities for reducing friction points or improving processes
  • Support, maintain and present documentation including training materials, rules of engagement, and process maps to ensure adherence to internal policies
  • Contribute to ad hoc analysis to explain business performance, identify issues, and uncover levers for improvement
  • Assist the administration of sales compensation, planning and analyses/updates
  • Find opportunities to refine and automate manual processes
  • Other duties as assigned, such as RFP support, proposal support

Qualifications

  • Excellent Google Sheets, Docs, Slides and Microsoft Excel skills
    • Advanced Formulas
    • Tables/Formatting
    • Charting
    • Pivot Tables/Pivot Reporting
  • Thorough understanding of CRM/Salesforce
  • SaaS sales experience 
  • Comfortable working with and condensing large amounts of data into digestible, actionable information
  • Ability to think critically and strategically
  • Detail oriented, strong initiative, adaptable
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and demonstrate time management skills
  • Demonstrated results-orientation while exhibiting a desire to achieve high levels of performance,
  • integrity, business ethics, and confidentiality
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Computer and technical skills with the ability to quickly learn

 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent degree / experience
  • 1- 2 years Sales Operations experience
