  • Seek out and source top talent using a variety of channels (website, job boards, cold calling, etc.)
  • Develops recruitment strategies, interviews candidates while representing Vector Solutions an employer of choice and builds a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Attend University Recruiting Events
  • Full cycle recruitment- ownership administration of the hiring process.
  • Posts job descriptions; works with hiring managers to create and update job descriptions. 
  • Administers pre-employment testing; assists hiring managers with interview scheduling; prepares interview guides/questions for hiring managers as needed.
  • Conducts background and reference checks.
  • Coordinates the offer process with the hiring manager and HR Manager
  • Submit requests for IT equipment and appropriate systems access with the hiring manager and IT personnel.  
  • Completes applicant tracking for each open position and develops applicant pool proactively for potential needs based on forecasted business needs.
  • Compile reports and spreadsheets for inclusion into recruiting report
  • Administers New Hire surveys
  • Create access for new hires in internal company systems (LMS administration, company intranet etc)


  • Three to five years of recruiting experience with a strong talent acquisition focus, preferably in a technology organization.
  • Successful experience with recruiting candidates across multiple departments and job functions
  • Experience with recruiting passive candidates
  • Must have excellent organization and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with recruiting analytics and social media a plus.
  • Experience with reporting utilizing Microsoft Excel
