Responsibilities

  • Lead training sessions (online and/or in-person) to teach customers how to setup and use our software applications (requires overnight travel approximately 30-60% of the time).
  • Help onboard new employees and set them up for success in a sales or support role by teaching them how the product works.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our solutions and speak with customers about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs.
  • Assist in the continual development of training materials and job aids for customers.
  • Help to write, edit, and proof documentation and other materials for Software, Marketing, Production, and Sales.
  • Perform occasional quality assurance responsibilities for software department.
  • Provide occasional support and consulting guidance to existing clients via email or phone.

Qualifications

  • Professional and confident public presence.
  • Experience in leading audiences as a trainer and/or speaker in both webinar and in-person settings.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and technical aptitude.
  • Experience with technical/software training preferred.
  • Familiar with instructional design, training, and adult learning principles.
  • Ambitious self-starter with problem-solving skills.
  • Capable of taking direction and working with guidance.
  • Is equally comfortable working in a team /collaborative environment, as well as independently.
