  • Understands, articulates, teaches and implements product concepts, features, techniques and best practices.

  • Transfers and shares product knowledge through modern solution centers, user communities, knowledge bases, training solutions and curriculums.

  • Conducts live training with internal personnel and external customers through webinars and in person presentations.

  • Provides guidance to teams involved in core and ancillary product implementations, upgrades and solutions.

  • Has a thorough understanding of the company’s core product objectives and goals and applies expertise supporting the organizations strategic objectives.

  • Cultivates and maintains effective working relationships with work groups and team members.

  • Effectively multitasks across multiple projects and work groups.

  • Actively develops deeper expert knowledge through self-guided exploration, research and experimentation.

  • Communicates information effectively to diverse audiences.

  • Demonstrates excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.


  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education or experience
  • 5+ yrs. of experience in a technology or SaaS company especially a learning management system or e-learning system
  • Definitive authority on core product capabilities, features and functionality
  • Demonstrated effective sharing of expert knowledge
  • Proven ability to document the knowledge to benefit others
  • Development of training solutions and curriculums
  • Teaching and sharing the knowledge through organized training
  • Demonstrated self-guided development of deep Core product knowledge
  • Proven ability to validate core product functionality
  • Ability to apply the expert knowledge supporting the direction and vision of the organization
  • Provides guidance to work groups and teams delivering core and ancillary product solutions
  • Demonstrates full understanding and implementation of core product best practices
  • Proven ability to actively participate across multiple work groups
  • Experience with standard office software including document editors, spreadsheets, email, web conferencing, instant messaging
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, Confluence, Pendo and JIRA are a plus
