    • Proficiently demonstrate the Learning Management System (LMS), Workforce Management, and Operation Readiness solutions and integration options
    • Conduct a needs assessment, determine requirements, and expectations to build prospect specific demonstration paths
    • Effectively articulate Vector Solutions value proposition and solutions in response to customer needs to help close deals
    • Lead internal Sales training involving solutions, processes, and the industry
    • Manage booth, demonstrate, and participate as an event speaker at Tradeshows and Events
    • Create Industry Thought Leadership and Solution deliverables with Product and Marketing
    • Co-Lead RFP/RFI projects with Sales


    • Experience working in Public Safety / Public Sector
    • Strong sales skills including an understanding of sales process and prospecting techniques
    • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
    • Engaging interpersonal skills in person, via video, and over the phone
    • Ability to work well between inter departments
    • Problem solving skills, analytical skills and logical reasoning
    • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to manage multiple priorities
    • Experience with software and technology solutions
    • Superior follow-up and follow through
    • Computer and technical skills with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software systems
    • Ability to travel up to 50%

    Education and Professional Experience


    • 7-10 years in Public Safety/Public Sector. Command Staff, Training Chief, or Public Sector Technology professionals preferred
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or other related fields (preferred) or relevant field experience
    • 5+ years of project management experience in a technology-focused industry
    • 5+ years of customer-facing experience (implementation, sales and/or customer support), preferably involving software solutions or any technology related products
