    Responsibilities

    • Assist with gathering industry and competitive insight
    • Tracking and reporting client and prospect product enhancement requests
    • Assist with creating/updating sales enablement and marketing assets
    • Test and evaluate Vector’s newest product enhancements
    • Special projects

    Qualifications

    • Experience using Microsoft Office/Google Suite type applications
    • Communication skills (ability to work with multiple departments/contacts on a project)
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Organized and ability to manage projects to completion
    • Positive, roll up your sleeve attitude

    Education and Professional Experience

    • Pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or relevant field of study
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present and articulate ideas in a precise and concise manner
    • Analytical mindset – Must be able to think creatively, take ownership of tasks and adapt to changing business requirements
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate work at different levels of the organization
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
    • Positive, personable, and able to work cohesively with other across various division
    • Able to demonstrate superb attention to detail
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
    • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information required
