    As an innovative and highly acquisitive private equity backed organization, we are continuously expanding our Finance Department and are looking for a Business Planning & Analysis (BP&A) professional to join us as we continue our amazing growth trajectory.  


    Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, this newly created position will be a critical role as we buildout our internal financial consultancy practice to better serve our operating leaders to better understand their businesses through thoughtful analytics, infusing financial acumen across the organization, empowering better operating decisions through data, analytics and financial advice and serving as a key partner for all operating decisions as warranted.  This role will be the primary financial resource assigned to their respective operating partner(s) and will learn the nuances and operating dynamics of the business and then liaise with their FP&A teammates to provide more insightful and business specific inputs for corporate planning and analytics.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial leadership roles, be proactive and problem-solving-oriented and the ability to manage multiple highly visible tasks while adhering to and meeting deadlines. This role is fast-paced and will have a direct impact on the business’ performance visibility, forecast accuracy, business decision support, and improve operating performance through insightful analytics.


    • Partner with assigned business leaders and their teams to provide financial and operational analytics, dashboarding, and overall financial performance updates
    • Lead BU review discussions as directed with respect to financial and operational performance perspectives, goal attainment, staffing, etc
    • Develop and gain deep business understanding of financial drivers and levers that impact your business unit(s)
    • Take ownership of the data, be the “single source of truth” and bring a balanced, objective tone and perspective to all interactions
    • Design business unit profitability metrics and drive analytics and decision support to change the performance vector
    • Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives and tactical performance


    • Finance partner leadership experience (Division of BU), preferably within a high transactional business
    • Experience with high growth, fast-paced businesses helpful
    • Service-minded finance professional
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Superior modeling and analytical skills and strong business acumen
    • Ability to “tell the story” with the data and move effortlessly from 30,000 feet to 5,000 feet perspectives
    • Proven ability to influence across functions and levels
    • MBA preferred
    • Technologically savvy, collaborative, and team-minded
