  • Manage all facets of the customer-facing Vector Solutions Support Center including design and structural enhancements, content updates, and general site functionality.
  • Create new, engaging content for the Support Center, such as step-by-step guides, tutorials, and how-to articles.
  • Create video and audio for our online training courses serving customers and employees detailing the full functionality of our products
  • Provide the narration for training videos
  • Support the creation and maintenance of online training course materials
  • Participate in the authoring of user documentation including support center and knowledge base articles and product feature tutorials
  • Edit documents for accuracy and style, both in writing as well as video and audio
  • Ensure all publication standards are met by following established procedures
  • Effective time management across multiple tasks and projects


  • Four-year college degree and at least two years of full-time work experience
  • Advanced experience developing and editing videos with tools such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, Vegas Pro
  • At least two years of work experience in technical writing, instructional design or similar role
  • Exceptional attention to details in all work especially video production and online documentation
  • Skilled oral and written communicator able to break down complex concepts to a wide audience having varied levels of technical experience
  • Creativity and intelligence with the ability to rapidly learn complicated system

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Movie Studio Platinum (Vegas Pro)
  • Familiarity with Camtasia and Articulate Storyline
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Communities
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop (or similar)
  • Familiarity with Confluence
  • Familiarity with JIRA
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS and XML
  • Familiarity with graphic image development and editing
  • Team player with initiative to contribute to the overall success of the company above and beyond the narrow definition of job responsibilities
