    We are an innovative and highly acquisitive private equity backed organization looking for a FP&A leader to join us as we continue our amazing growth trajectory.  Reporting to the CFO, this newly created position will be responsible for leading the Company’s financial planning (FP&A) and business planning and analysis (BP&A) teams and be a strategic partner to all operating areas of the business.  Some of the functional responsibilities will include:  Budgeting, Forecasting, & Strategic Planning models and analyses, business partnering and operational analyses, M&A modeling and performance tracking, Board of Director financial reporting, capital budgeting, and cash flow forecasting.     The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial leadership roles, be proactive and problem-solving-oriented and the ability to manage multiple highly visible tasks while adhering to and meeting deadlines. This role is fast-paced and will have a direct impact on the company's ability to accurately forecast, make key business decisions, and improve operating performance through insightful analytics.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage a team of FP&A professionals
    • Develop and gain deep business understanding of financial drivers and levers that impact the P&L.
    • Take ownership of the core financial model and drive the planning agenda, cadence, and financial metrics for the business
    • Lead “build/buy/rent“ analyses for potential strategic M&A targets and organic operating decisions
    • Lead efforts to unpack business unit profitability and drive analytics and decision support to change the performance vector
    • Work hand in hand with CFO and SVP Finance to analyze actual financial results vs budget/forecast and partner with business leaders with fast, reliable, and insightful decision support
    • Manage Board of Directors financial content and positioning with CFO
    • Manage the annual budget and strategic planning processes
    • Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives

    Qualifications

    • FP&A leadership experience, preferably within a high transactional business
    • Experience with high growth, fast-paced businesses
    • Previous SAAS company experience
    • Private equity portfolio company experience preferred
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Superior analytical skills
    • Proven ability to influence across functions and levels
    • MBA preferred
    • Technology savvy
    • Investment banking experience helpful but not required
