    • Organize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of Vector Solutions
    • Organizes the RFP meeting process with marketing & sales 
    • Reviews potential RFP’s from subscription based programs and identifying and filtering opportunities 
    • Takes ownership and responsibility for the end-to-end RFP Process
    • Provides final quality control check, including proofreading for grammar, Request for proposal compliance and conformance to established strategies and plans
    • Collaborates with members of the sales, marketing, client success, product development, legal or finance teams to ensure content is complete, accurate and timely

    Collaboration with Other Teams:


    Sales Team / Sales Management:

    • Helping with the initial process of understanding RFP requests with sales team and going through the filter and prioritization elements  
    • Establishing specific RFP guidelines, procedures and expectations with sales team on needed action and due dates
    • Working with respective sales team members addressing ongoing needs and requirements


    • Working with Marketing Team lead in efforts to gather the needed marketing information needed for RFP requirements 
    • Partnering with Marketing to help optimize marketing messaging for RFP requirements 
    • Helping to create templates and repositories from previous RFP’s for the Loopio management system

    Product Management:

    • Working with Product Management Team to gather product specific and IT specific requirements of the RFP 


    Client Success:

    • Helping to obtain and coordinate Implementation plans as outlined by the RFP guidelines


    Sales Operations:

    • Working with Sales Operations Team and the Loopio RFP Management system 
    • Helping to build out the content in the Loopio RFP Management System



    • Submitting the prospective agreement for the RFP to be reviewed by legal 
    • Working with Legal team to ensure comments and/or exceptions are fully incorporated into the response.  
    • Helping to coordinate communication between legal and the sales team lead 



    • Working with Finance to obtain needed business licenses and corporate related needs of respective RFP’s 
    • Requesting of the COI (Certificate of Insurance) documentation


    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Technical writing, Business Strategy, Communications, Marketing or related disciplines)
    • Strong planning and organization skills with a sense of urgency 
    • Detail-oriented and efficient
    • Strong and effective communication, verbal, writing, and computer skills are essential 
    • Ability to work with diverse and multi-disciplinary internal teams
    • Proven analytical and project management skills required
    • Excellent time-management skills
    • Must be able to independently manage a challenging workload when faced with unexpected changes in priorities and deadlines.
