    Responsibilities

    • Serves as leadership business partner with HR for candidate selection; manage workforce planning
    • Onboards and coordinates new hire training and a path to success
    • Establishes objectives by forecasting and developing quarterly and annual quotas
    • Effectively leads, coaches and inspires team; maintains open communication on goals and expectations.
    • Assists with scheduling calls, webinars, and appointments with new prospects/leads
    • Facilitates weekly team meetings
    • Tracks and reports on team progress against established quotas and verifies payout of bonuses
    • Effectively collaborates with marketing team to strategically identify potential sales leads
    • Manages time effectively, meets personal goals, and collaborates well with other departments
    • Strategizes with top-producing sales leaders to ensure department is using best practices and meeting or exceeding all goals.

    Qualifications

    Required

    • 8-10 years sales leadership in software/SaaS industry, general sales, or related business experience
    • Highly developed and proven leadership skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • A passion to learn, lead and coach others in technology sales
    • High level of self-motivation, self-awareness, and a lead-by-example work ethic
    • Proven success in a goal-oriented, fast-paced sales environment
    • Ability to effectively collaborate across all business functions

    Preferred

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • CRM and/or Salesforce software experience
    • Prior call center experience
    • Experience in eLearning, Industrial, Engineering or Public Safety industries
