    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Business partner to HR in candidate selection for open positions and in managing workforce planning
    • Communicates goals and expectations to team members daily
    • Trains and onboards all new hires in the SDR role
    • Establishes objectives by forecasting and developing quarterly and annual quotas for each SDR
    • Directs weekly team meetings
    • Works with HR to develop compensation plans and performance feedback for SDR staff as necessary
    • Responsible for tracking and reporting team progress against established team quotas and manages the payout of quarterly and annual bonus
    • Works with marketing team to strategically determine ways to develop new leads for SDR team to call
    • Manages time effectively, meets personal goals and works effectively with other members of the team
    • Effectively communicates with SDR team and assists with scheduling calls, webinars, and appointments with new prospects/leads
    • Effectively communicates with marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the organization
    • Strategizes with top-producing sales leaders

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • Candidates should have one of the following: software/SAAS experience, sales experience or other related business experience
    • 8-10 years’ sales or related market/business experience
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • A commanding desire to learn and succeed in technology sales
    • Ability to thrive in a team-selling environment
    • Ability to develop relationships with team members and lead sales teams
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • The ability to write succinct, crisp emails
    • High level of self-motivation and a strong work ethic
    • Enjoy phone interaction with professional clients
    • Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
    • Must be energetic, eager to learn, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
    • CRM and / or Microsoft Dynamics Experience a plus
    • Prior telesales or call center experience a plus
    • Experience in a goal-oriented sales environment
    • Experience in eLearning, Industrial, Engineering or Public Safety industries a plus
