    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Sales metrics reporting including but not limited to trends/analyses, market conditions, company direction/KPIs, etc.
    • Support, maintain and present documentation including training materials, rules of engagement, and process maps to ensure adherence to internal policies
    • Support Salesforce admin to clean up data, help build reporting and dashboards to manage internal metrics, while providing updates to senior leadership
    • Contribute to ad hoc analysis to explain business performance, identify issues, and uncover levers for improvement
    • Assist the administration of sales compensation, planning and analyses/updates
    • Find opportunities to refine and automate manual processes
    • Other duties as assigned.

     

    Qualifications

    • Excellent Google sheets, docs, slides and Excel skills (Required)
      • Advanced Formulas
      • Tables & Formatting
      • Charting
      • Pivot tables & Pivot Reporting
    • Solid understanding of CRM/Salesforce
    • Sales Commission planning experience desired
    • Analytical Skills. Comfort working with and condensing large amounts of data into digestible, actionable information
    • Ability to think critically and strategically
    • Detail oriented, strong initiative, flexibility
    • The ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and demonstrate time management skills
    • Demonstrated results-orientation while exhibiting a desire to achieve high levels of performance, integrity, business ethics, and confidentiality
    • Strong Communication skills
    • Computer and technical skills with the ability to quickly learn

     

    Education and Professional Experience:

     

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or other related fields required.
    • 3+ years of Sales/Sales Operations/Commission administration or similar experience
