    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities: 
    • Develop professional, cooperative relationships with an assigned set of clients, and ultimately be responsible for meeting and exceeding client needs.
    • Identify products and pricing that meet client’s needs and business initiatives; profile and query assigned client base for add-on and cross-sell opportunities by building strong relationships which quickly identify and qualify revenue.
    • Provide a consultative sales approach through an extended sales cycle to consistently meet or exceed quota.
    • Drive utilization and growth amongst an assigned group of clients. \
    • Conduct efficient and effective product demos that focus on potential solutions for the client’s needs.
    • Develop strong knowledge of TargetSolutions products and services and be able to align appropriate solutions to meet the specific needs of each client.
    • Develop industry expertise within assigned client base.
    • Maintain and track all client communications through the company CRM system.
    • Maintain revenue for assigned client base and confirm repeat business.
    • Address client concerns and ensure the resolution of issues in a timely manner, with follow-up when appropriate.
    • Proactively conduct strategic account reviews with all assigned clients on an annual basis to review service needs and usage trends.
    • Ability to network in a face to face environment at company events.

    Qualifications

    Requirements:
    • BA/BS degree in a related field
    • 2-4 years of experience in a consultative sales-oriented position focusing on relationship management
    • A moderate understanding of strategic business issues and the ability to match client needs with TargetSolutions technology products
    • Demonstrated record of success communicating effectively via telephone and email with customers and successful track record of meeting and/or exceeding quota
    • Excellent time management, goal setting and prioritization capability
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), the Internet, and the ability to learn additional software quickly
    • Successful experience and confidence presenting new ideas to groups of managers and high-level executives
    • Charismatic, assertiveness and possesses excellent interpersonal skills needed to develop strong business relationships with clients
    • Combination of outstanding customer skills, attention to detail, and expertise in resolving customer issues quickly and effectively
    • Excellent phone and conversational skills in addition to well-developed presentation and writing skills
    • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Excellent organization skills
    • Ability to adapt to new conditions, assignments, and deadlines
    • Thrives working in a fast-paced team environment
